She revealed to The Weekend Moment newspaper in an interview that due to financial difficulties, she lost her virginity in a relationship that was not approved by God but an encounter with God opened the way for her to opt out.

“Before I accepted God and became a committed Christian, the strength to withstand temptations was difficult and that got me involved in a relationship which was not approved by God; through this relationship I lost my virginity”, she said.

Cee hinted that her parents divorced at an early age resulting in her dropping out of Senior High School in the second year. According to her, she started as a gospel singer in Kumasi, singing from one church to another indicating that as young as she is, she has faced many challenges in life.

Cee indicated that through the challenges, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, another gospel sensational group inspired her to enter the music industry especially the leader of the trio, Cynthia.
On TV3’s music reality show ‘Mentor’, Cee said she went for the audition in three regions; Ashanti, Western, and Eastern Regions but she was not selected in the regions.

Cee continued that she was on waiting list in Kumasi and was surprised when one person opted out and was called to replace the person.

She noted that the dream has lived on since then and she is now four years in the music industry. On the rumour of her dating a Minister of State, she denied flatly saying she is single and still searching.
Cee talked about the trinity comprising Isaac (Show boy), Cee (the powerful voice) and Ampong (the Great) attaining greater heights. She advised Ghanaians that life is not easy and said everyone will get the opportunity to be blessed by God some day. Cee indicated her preparedness to enter the movie industry.
